Simon Benattar

Simon Benattar serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of NIOT Investment Holdings Limited, a premier real estate development and investment firm. Building upon the legacy of his mother, Cecilia Benattar, Simon has expanded NIOT’s portfolio to include over 1,500 multifamily units, diversifying the company’s presence in both Canadian and U.S. markets. His notable projects encompass the co-development of the Sun Life Centre in downtown Toronto and the transformation of an apartment complex into the Carolyn Court Suites, which NIOT currently owns and manages. Under Simon’s leadership, NIOT has also acquired interests in properties such as the Hilton La Jolla and Serenade at River Park in California. Collaborating with prominent real estate families, including the Reichmanns and the Goldmans, Simon continues to drive NIOT’s growth and uphold its commitment to excellence in the real estate sector.
